Wine & Food Paring Event

The Wine and Food Society of Clark County hosted a wine and food paring event at Salut! Wine Co. & Bistro in Camas, WA. The event started at 6:30pm. Atendees enjoyed a tour of 6 Cabernet Sauvignon wines from 6 different prominent regions, learning style diffference between them. After tasting the 6 hand-picked delicious examples, everyone had a chance to order the wines at a special one night pricing for the event. Appropriate light appetizers were paired with the wine course. The event was sold out.
